Peter Frederic Krogh was born in California in 1937. In 1958 he graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. cum laude in Economics and later received his M.A. and Ph.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Since then, prominent positions he has held include White House Fellow, Special Assistant to the Secretary of State, and Dean Emeritus and Distinguished Professor of International Affairs at Georgetown University's Edmund A.
